Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped via UPS (with the exception of PO Box/APO/FPO, Alaska, Hawaii, and US Virgin Islands) from our store in Washington State, USA.  Standard Flat Rate UPS shipping delivery times vary from 1-7 business days, not including weekends or holidays.  See the UPS Ground Shipping map below for estimated delivery times for your area.  Orders containing frozen bread or other perishables must arrive within three days, so if you live past the three day mark as illustrated on the map, upgraded shipping to UPS 3-Day Select,  2nd Day Air, or USPS Priority will be applied.  Most orders will be processed and shipped from our store within 24 to 48 hours.

Orders with bread or other perishables may be held until Monday if they will not arrive by Saturday. This is to prevent your order from sitting in a hot warehouse over the weekend. Chocolate or chocolate covered items are never guaranteed not to melt, especially in the warm months.

Please check your address carefully when submitting your order. If an error is made on your part and your package has to be re-routed by UPS, the $11.00 fee charged by UPS will be passed on to you.

Please note that the timing indicated is a guideline only. These times can vary depending on several factors, including adverse weather conditions, holidays or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.  Packages do not require a delivery signature, and may be left at your door or with a neighbor if there is no answer at your residence, at the discretion of the UPS driver.
