Sugar Free Egg Nog

1 package Dixie Carb Counters vanilla pudding mix
¼ tsp ground cinnamon
½ tsp ground nutmeg
3 cups Almond Breeze almond milk (unsweetened)
1 can Thai Kitchen Lite Coconut Milk
1 tsp rum or vanilla extract
2 drops Sweetleaf stevia or 1 packet sweetener of choice

Mix all ingredients in a large bowl with a wire whisk for at least two minutes. If it’s too thick for your liking, add more almond milk and adjust sweetener as needed.

Makes 6 (6oz) servings each with 2.35 net carbs and 83 calories
