Coconut Flour Bread

6 eggs (room temp)
½ cup butter, melted (for DF, use melted Nutiva Virgin Coconut Oil)
2 tablespoons Nature’s Hollow ‘Tastes Like Honey’
¼ teaspoon salt (increase to ½ tsp if not using butter)
¾ cup sifted Bob's Red Mill Organic Coconut Flour
1 teaspoon Ener-G GF Baking Powder

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Blend eggs, melted butter or oil, ‘honey’, and salt.
Combine sifted coconut flour with baking powder and whisk into batter until there are no lumps. Pour into greased loaf pan (8.5 x 4.5 or smaller) and bake for 35-40 minutes. Remove from pan and cool on rack.

Makes 17 - ½ inch thick slices at one net carb per slice
